Printer fault

Feed the paper about 1/4 inch out of the lid and close it. 

(Ensuring the paper feeds over the lid, not towards the terminal).

Next, flip the terminal over and remove and replace the battery ensuring it clips in when connecting. 

Once complete, test the paper with a Function 14. 

Does the paper feed through?
